Each year we have an open election for all Board of Director roles. All board positions, including President, are open each year as they are one-year terms. Gull Lake Little League will not be successful without volunteers, both new and existing.

The Board of Directors meet monthly from October to June to discuss league operations, finances, volunteer needs, and also take on various assignments and roles, as needed.

For 2025, we have 6 returning board members and 7 new members. As a result, we have 1 open board position.

Each year, we need new board members to carry on the tradition of little league in the Richland community. We serve over 450 children each year, and this cannot be accomplished by just a few people. 

Gull Lake Little League is a 100% volunteer organization. All Board members, Managers, Coaches and other volunteers do not receive any pay (except non-volunteer umpires). We believe our kids' 2021 season will only be the best it can be with "all hands on deck" to be a part of it all. Come on out and get in the game!
